AVAIRY Forensic Solutions, LLC is an Ohio limited liability company providing voice AI and secure information-sharing technology for public safety, law enforcement, and local government, including the BlueSentry, Reach Penguin, and Cyber Social Hub offerings.

You may use the Site for lawful, informational, and business purposes. You agree not to:

When you submit a form or request a demo, you consent to being contacted by AVAIRY about your inquiry by email, phone, or text, using the contact details you provide. 6. Intellectual property

8. Software services governed separately
Access to and use of AVAIRY's software products (including BlueSentry and Reach Penguin) are governed by the separate software terms of service and any order form, subscription agreement, or data processing agreement applicable to those products — not by these Website Terms.
9. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AVAIRY and its members, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or relating to your use of the site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. AVAIRY's total liability relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
