When you call the Westlake Police non-emergency line (City of Westlake, OH) and ask for a city form or
information page, our phone assistant can text you a link to it. It always asks first.
Nothing is sent unless you say yes.
“I can text a link to that page to the number you’re calling from. It’s one message from AVAIRY Solutions for Westlake Police. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Texting is optional, it’s not required for any city service, and we never share your number. Would you like me to send it?”
Yes: you get one text with a link to the official cityofwestlake.org page you asked for. No, or no answer: nothing is sent. Different phone: the assistant asks for that number and asks the same question again.
You are never added to a list, and you never get marketing.
AVAIRY Solutions for Westlake Police: here is the overnight parking request form you asked for on your call: https://www.cityofwestlake.org/o/pd/page/police-department Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.
Calls to the line are recorded. Each text is logged with the call ID, date and time, the number it went to,
and the exact question above. Records are kept for as long as the city’s agreement lasts.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Your number is used only to send the link you asked for. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help,
or contact contact@avairysolutions.com / 1-440-597-4600.
Message frequency: one message per request. Message and data rates may apply. In an emergency, call 911.
