Our story

An insider's answer to a public-safety problem.

AVAIRY Solutions was founded by Kevin DeLong, a law enforcement veteran whose career spanned frontline policing and technology and cyber-crimes investigation. He saw the same problems from the inside, again and again: non-emergency calls burying dispatchers, and critical information stranded between divisions, shifts, and agencies.

The software built for these problems was rarely built for public safety — it was generic technology bent to fit, sold by people who had never worked a call. Kevin started AVAIRY to change that: to build tools that match how public safety actually works, from someone who has lived it.

Today, AVAIRY helps agencies answer and triage the routine so people can focus on what only people can do — and get the right information moving when seconds matter. It's technology in service of the mission, never a replacement for the humans behind it.

I don't share this to preach — only because it's the honest reason we exist. To God be the glory for all of it.
